| Safety and Conduct | Swimming skills are required for all activities at sea. Participants agree to follow the safety rules and instructions of the Captain, guide and accompanying instructors throughout the tour or experience. |

| Minors | Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will assume full responsibility for their safety. For kayaking, e-bike, snorkeling and diving activities, the minimum age is 13 years old and the minimum height is 145cm. |
| Health and fitness | Participants must be in good health and physically fit to participate in the activity. Participants must inform the organizers in advance of any relevant medical conditions (illness, disability, dysfunction, pathology, allergies, motion sickness, etc.) that must be taken into account in order to participate, as well as any potential pregnancy. |
| Technical material and personal equipment | Participants agree to bring and use all personal equipment for the activity and to wear a life jacket in accordance with the regulations throughout the tour/activity. Participants are also responsable for the technical equipment provided and must bear the cost of any lost or damaged equipment. |
| Contract and conditions | The contract and liability affect exclusively the direct work of its technicians and the organization of the activity. Upon confirmation of the reservation, the client expressly accepts all of these General Conditions. If a person books for another person(s), they accept each and every one of these conditions on their behalf. |
