Safety and Conduct Being able to swim is a mandatory requirement to participate in any sea or boat activity.
All participants must follow the instructions of the crew at all times. Dangerous, negligent or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the activity without refund.
Minors Minimum age to be on board: 4 years old. Minimum age for water activities (snorkeling, kayaking, diving): 12 years old.
All participants under 18 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult or legal guardian. Outside the boat, responsibility for minors rests exclusively with the accompanying adult.
Health and fitness Participants must be in good health
and inform the crew of any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or limitation prior to the activity. It is recommended to take a motion sickness pill 30 minutes before departure.
Technical equipment All provided technical and safety equipment must be used correctly and only for its intended purpose. Any damage resulting from improper use may be charged to the participant.
Insurance The activity includes mandatory Civil Liability and Accidents Insurance in compliance with current regulations. Insurance documentation will be available upon request.
