It is important to keep in mind that our activities are subject to changing meteorological and sea conditions, as Costa Brava Tours is sometimes obliged to communicate last minute changes, such as cancellation of the departure point of the activity, that may be re-routed or the total cancellation of the experience.

- Prior reservation and a 100% payment of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- Rates for Scheduled Tours are per person, including IVA, accompanying guides, instructors, captain, and the technical and security equipment necessary for the activity.
- Private Tours & Experiences and other services such as transfers, accommodations, meals, live music, DJ or complementary activities not expressly specified are not included, and must be requested and paid for by the client in advance.

Clients must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the activity starts. Late arrival or not meeting the requirements listed in the activity details may result in the loss of the reservation no refund. If there are last-minute changes or cancellations, Costa Brava Tours will notify you by phone, E-mail or text message. Please check your messages a two hours before the activity. We are not responsible for unnecessary travel if changes are not seen in time. Online bookings close 24 hours before the activity. After that reservations must be made by telephone
