| Reservations | All exclusive and private coastal boat tours & experiences requireadvance reservation and full payment (100%) to confirm the booking.Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Costa Brava Tours. Any additional services (transfers, catering, accommodation, live music, DJ or bespoke activities) must be requested and paid for in advance. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Operational Conditions |
All experiences are subject to sea and weather conditions. For safety or operational reasons, Costa Brava Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, departure / arrival point or timing, or to cancel the experience if necessary. In case of cancellation by Costa Brava Tours, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. |

| Meeting Time | Clients must arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Delays or no-shows may result in the loss of the experience without refund, as exclusive services are reserved specifically for the client. |

| Communications | Any last-minute changes or cancellations will be communicated by phone, email or text message. Clients are responsible for checking messages at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled experience.
